1991	Maruzen Polymer acquired all of the stocks. Became a member of Maruzen Petrochemical group.
2000	New compounding line was installed in Chiba factory of Maruzen Petrochemical.
2003	Biodegradable mulching film "SUNBIO®" was developped and brought to the market.
2005	Maruzen Petrochemical acquired all of the stocks.
2005	Sunplac (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. was established as fully owned subsidiary.
2010	Manufacturing line in Sunplac (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. is enhanced. Breathable film compound manufacturing was concentrated in Thailand.
